KTTZ-FM (89.1) is proud to announce the launch of our third digital channel, KTTZ-FM HD3

This digital signal will carry the BBC World Service on a twenty-four hour basis.  KTTZ-FM’s digital channels can be heard with an HD™ Digital Radio or streamed from Texas Tech Public Broadcasting’s website, www.kttz.org.  For more than 80 years, the BBC World Service has been the globe's most comprehensive source for news. No other news organization has a network of international correspondents, reporters and producers to rival the BBC. Whenever and wherever news breaks, the BBC World Service is there.  Much more than a breaking-news feed, the BBC World Service offers a variety of information programming, including programs on arts, sports, science and business.  The addition of a third digital channel allows KTTZ-FM to offer a comprehensive Public Radio schedule to listeners across the South Plains and to anyone anywhere via the Internet.  KTTZ-FM’s analog signal (simulcast on HD1) provides classical music programming together with the NPR flagship newsmagazines Morning Edition and All Things Considered.  HD2 offers news, information, and cultural programs from NPR, American Public Media, and Public Radio International.  More information on program schedules and underwriting opportunities is available at www.kttz.org or at 806-742-3100.  More information on HD™ Radios is available at many electronic retailers including BestBuy.com or Amazon.com.
